Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit www.infosecurity.bg or contact us through it.

Controller

The controller is the operator of infosecurity.bg. Contact: support@infosecurity.bg.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: name, email, company, the service you are interested in and your message — to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal (steps before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in responding, Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Technical data: IP address and request details in server logs, kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Recipients

Data is processed by our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and our email provider. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact unless they lead to a contract, in which case contractual and statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to support@infosecurity.bg. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
